Maduramicin + Nicarbazin Premix
Active Ingredients: Maduramicin 1% + Nicarbazin 12.5% or OEM
Indications: Control or prevent poultry coccidiosis
Function: Nicarbazin as the core component, compound with ionic carrier type anticoccidial drugs. Then become to a new anticoccidial drug. Have strong exterminate effect on Eimeria tenella, Eimeria acervulina, Podbielniak Eimeria, Eimeria necatrix and Eimeria maxima. Can significantly reduce poultry mortality rate, reduce intestinal diseases.
Pharmacological effects: Compound coccidiostats.
Maduramicin ammonium has wide anticoccidial spectrum and high performance for Eimeria in chicken like Eimeria necatrix, Eimeria maxima, eimeria tenella, eimeria acervulina, Eimeria brunetti and Eimeria mivati etc.
Mechanism is to interfere with the development of coccidia sporozoites and the first generation of explants, inhibit the growth of coccidiosis and can kill coccidia. Nicarbazin has good control effect on various chicken Eimeria. Mainly to inhibit its growth and reproduction of the second asexual proliferation of schizont. The peak activity is the fourth day after the infection.
