CYROMAZINE SP/WP 50%
Growth inhibitor for the control of fly larvae in stables and in liquid manure
Active ingredient: Cyromazine

Mode of application:
Cyromazine 50% SP can be sprinkled, sprayed, or poured.


Mode of action:
Cyromazine 50% SP is a growth inhibitor to control fly larvae in liquid manure and other breeding sites.
The maggots incorporate the remedy together with nutrition.
The result is a development disorder of the larvae by which peeling is interrupted and pupation is prevented.
Therefore a quick effect of the remedy cannot be expected.
The administration should be made at the breeding places of the flies.
The material is ineffective against mature flies.

Application times:
Prophylactic administration should be carried out in the year before or two days after clean up of the whole stable where depending on the risk of infection, a second and a third application in a fourteen days' interval can be carried out.
With pigs it is recommended, to carry out the first treatment shortly before bringing the animals into the stable or at the fist infestation by flies.
If there are no animals in the stable the dosage has to be doubled (500g Cyromazine 50% SP per 10 m2)


Dosage:
10 g of Cyromazine 50% SP per 10 m2 
For spraying mix 1- 4 litres, for pouring 10 l of water, with 10 g of Cyromazine 50% SP per 10 m2.

Remarks:
Cyromazine 50% SP is excellently soluble in water.
As it is hygroscopic, packing should always be tightly closed and stored in a dry area.
For the control of already present and upcoming mature flies it is recommended to combine Maggotconcentrate  with a bait specifically suitable for mature flies, like AVD-90 or a spray like Cyromazine 50% SP Superperm.
The efficacy of insecticides can be subject to fluctuations, on which the supplier has no influence, especially caused by changes in the fly population due to previous treatments.
The supplier only guarantees the content of the product according to the specification and rejects any responsibility for damages caused by inefficiency, incorrect storage, or application.
